Georgia Capital says to retain majority stake in healthcare unit

Aug 23 (Reuters) - Investment holding firm Georgia Capital Plc said it would retain its 57 percent stake in its healthcare business, dropping its previous plan to reduce its holding.

Georgia Capital, the investment business hived off from BGEO Group Plc earlier this year, said during the demerger it was “highly probable” it would own less than a 50 percent stake in the healthcare business at the end of 2018.
