SAO PAULO, March 25 (Reuters) - Brazil reinsurer IRB said on Wednesday it is reconsidering its annual dividend payment in light of the coronavirus outbreak that has killed thousands and heavily affected equities markets.
IRB also said it is postponing its general shareholders meeting scheduled for March 30 because of the outbreak. It did not provide a new date. (Reporting by Marcelo Rochabrun Editing by Chris Reese)
