Imperial Brands Chairman Mark Williamson to step down

Feb 11 (Reuters) - British tobacco group Imperial Brands Plc said Mark Williamson would step down as non-executive chairman, confirming a media report from earlier on Monday.

The announcement comes after the Financial Reporting Council’s revised corporate code came into effect in January, requiring public companies to explain if a board chair has remain unchanged for more than nine years.
