Iraq wants to raise Kirkuk-Ceyhan oil flow above 1 mln bpd-minister

ANKARA, April 9 (Reuters) - Iraqi Oil Minister Abdul Kareem Luaibi said on Wednesday his country wanted to increase oil flow through the Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipeline to Turkey to more than 1 million barrels per day (bpd), double the existing level.

Speaking to reporters at an oil and gas conference in Ankara, Luaibi said Iraq wanted to build an additional pipeline between the two countries and that he would discuss these issues with Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz on Wednesday.
