Irish annual house price growth hits fresh 3-year high in April

DUBLIN, June 13 (Reuters) - Irish house prices grew 13 percent in the year to April, the highest annual growth rate since early 2015, data showed on Wednesday.

On the month, house prices rose by 0.7 percent, up from growth of 0.6 percent in March, the Central Statistics Office said. (Reporting by Conor Humphries Editing by Catherine Evans)
