Italy - Factors to watch on March 6

    MILAN, March 6 (Reuters) - The following factors could
affect Italian markets on Wednesday.

    There are divergences between the Italian broadcaster and
rival Sky over how to interpret a passage in telecoms
regulator AGCOM's decision clearing the sale of Mediaset's
pay-TV platform Premium to Sky, Il Sole 24 Ore reported. The
paper added the two broadcasters were broadening discussions to
the 2018-2021 Champions League tournament's transmission rights.

    Discussions between Astaldi's creditor banks and Salini
Impregilo over the rescue deal for the builder advanced at a
meeting on Tuesday in Milan, Il Messaggero reported, adding a
new meeting was scheduled on Thursday.

    The board of state lender CDP is expected to meet on
Wednesday ahead of the re-appointment of the shipbuilder's top
executives.
    
    (*) ILLIMITY
    The Italian challenger bank forecast a net profit of 280
million euros in 2023 under a revised business plan published on
Wednesday.
    
    PRYSMIAN
    Prysmian expects its core earnings to rise to between 950
million euros and 1.02 billion euros this year, after EBITDA
slightly missed expectations in 2018, the world's largest cable
maker said on Tuesday.
    
    CAMPARI
    Emerging markets weakness and higher prices for tequila
ingredient agave put a brake on Campari's sales towards the end
of an otherwise strong year for the Italian drinks
group.

    Total group production last year stood at 250,339 GWh, the
company said in a statement.
