UK's ITE sees higher full-year revenue, but warns of adverse currency movements

Oct 3 (Reuters) - Exhibition organiser ITE Group Plc expects like-for-like annual revenue to rise 10 percent, helped by its focus on core markets under a transformation plan, it said on Wednesday, but warned of a currency impact from emerging markets next year.

Although the recent adverse currency movements in the Russian ruble, Brazilian real and Turkish lira have not significantly impacted the current year results, they are likely to have an impact going into the next financial year, ITE said.

The company, which organises international exhibitions and conferences, expects revenue to be around 175 million pounds ($227.6 million), for the year ended Sept. 30, compared to 153 million pounds it reported last year.
