LONDON, Nov 12 (Reuters) - ITV, Britain’s biggest free-to-air commercial broadcaster, said on Thursday it expected total advertising revenue to be up in the fourth quarter year on year after it rebounded from the pandemic lows.
The channel, which will broadcast its ratings smash “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here” from Sunday, said advertising spend was down 7% in the third quarter, following a 43% plunge in the second quarter.
The majority of its studio productions has also resumed, it said.
