MOSCOW, Oct 2 (Reuters) - The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said on Friday it has invested in internet firm Mail.ru at its secondary public offering and convertible bond offering.
The RDIF said China’s Tencent and tech investor Prosus, a subsidiary of South Africa’s Naspers , also took part in the firm’s fundraising effort. (Reporting by Maxim Rodionov; Writing by Alexander Marrow; editing by Maria Kiselyova)
