Mexico stocks hit record high after US health bill

MEXICO CITY, March 22 (Reuters) - Mexico’s benchmark IPC stock index rose 0.36 percent to close at a record high after the passage of a landmark U.S. healthcare bill eased investor uncertainty on the long-debated legislation.
