Italian broadcaster Mediaset, which holds a majority stake in Mediaset Espana, said on Thursday its idea of creating a pan-European TV player could happen sooner than expected, although there were no talks underway at the moment.
The builder has closed the sale of a solar plant it is building in Murcia, Spain, to Canadian fund Northleaf for more than 300 million euros ($351 million), El Confidencial reported, citing sources involved in the negotiations.
Iberdrola, Naturgy and Endesa are among the electricity companies vying to win lucrative contracts from major clients like Telefonica with power purchase agreements, Expansion reported.
