Motor racing-Hamilton stripped of Spanish pole position

BARCELONA, May 12 (Reuters) - McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton was stripped of pole position at the Spanish Grand Prix on Saturday and sent to the back of the starting grid by Formula One race stewards.

The governing FIA said McLaren had not put enough fuel in his car to meet the regulations and excluded the Briton from the results of the qualifying session. (Reporting by Alan Baldwin, editing by Keith Weir)
