Naked Wines first-half revenue jumps 80% on pandemic-driven sales boost

Nov 19 (Reuters) - Naked Wines Plc raised its full-year sales forecast on Thursday after revenue surged nearly 80% in the first half as more households ordered wine online during coronavirus lockdowns.

The online wine seller reported revenue of 157.1 million pounds ($207.92 million) for the 26 weeks ended Sept. 28, compared with 87.5 million pounds a year earlier, and said it expected sales growth of 55% to 65% for the current year.
