WELLINGTON, Aug 7 (Reuters) - New Zealand house prices rose an annual 2.2% in July, government valuer Quotable Value (QV) said on Wednesday.
* Pace increased from 2% annual growth in June
* Property values fell 2.6% in the Auckland region
* Regional commuter hubs post strong growth while urban centres ease due to affordability constraints, according to QV
