WELLINGTON, June 6 (Reuters) - New Zealand house prices rose an annual 2.3% in May, government valuer Quotable Value (QV) said on Thursday.
* Pace slowed from 2.7% to annual growth in April.
* Property values fell 2.1% in the Auckland region.
