TOKYO, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Nissan Nissan Motor Co Ltd CEO Hiroto Saikawa said he would propose removing Chairman Carlos Ghosn at a board meeting on Thursday, citing serious and unacceptable incidents of financial misconduct.
