Patisserie Valerie owner's CEO steps down

Nov 15 (Reuters) - British cafe chain owner Patisserie Holdings Plc said its Chief Executive Paul May stepped down immediately and was replaced by Stephen Francis.

This is the second top management resignation at the company after CFO Chris Marsh resigned in October following an accounting scandal. (Reporting by Sangameswaran S in Bengaluru; Editing by Adrian Croft)
