Patisserie Holdings investors back share placing to raise funds

Nov 1 (Reuters) - Patisserie Holdings said on Thursday nearly all investors who voted at its general meeting backed its plan to issue 15 million pounds worth of new shares, weeks after its chairman injected cash to prevent a potential shutdown of the company.

The cafe chain owner had plunged into turmoil in October after accounting irregularities were discovered.
