Aug 8 (Reuters) - Roku Inc reported a 57.4 percent rise in quarterly revenue on Wednesday, helped by higher number of subscribers for its ad-supported video streaming platform.
The company reported a profit of $526 million in the second quarter ended June 30 compared with a loss of $15.5 million a year ago. On a per share basis, the company broke even compared with a loss of 3.18 cents per share.
Total net revenue rose to $156.8 million from $99.6 million. (Reporting by Sonam Rai in Bengaluru)
