Blast at Romanian RAFO refinery kills at least two

BUCHAREST, Nov 1 (Reuters) - An explosion at the Romanian oil refinery RAFO Onesti on Wednesday killed at least two workers, a company official said.

“A blast at a catalytic refining installation has killed two or three workers,” Marin Anton, the refinery’s general manager, told private television station Antena 3.

He said the refinery was closed following annual maintenance works undergone in August-September.
