Bank of Moscow CEO sold 20.3 pct stake -Ifax

MOSCOW, April 8 (Reuters) - Bank of Moscow MMBM.MM chief executive Andrei Borodin and his ally Lev Alaluyev have sold their 20.3 percent stake in the lender, Interfax news agency reported on Friday, quoting Borodin.

Borodin, who had previously said he was ready to sell the stake to VTB (VTBR.MM), did not disclose the price or the buyer.

“It is a commercial secret,” Interfax quoted him as saying.
