Russian c.bank sees inflation at up to 4.2 pct by end of 2018

MOSCOW, Sept 14 (Reuters) - The Russian central bank expects inflation at up to 4.2 percent by the end of the year, Governor Elvira Nabiullina said on Friday.

Nabiullina, who was speaking after the central bank raised its key interest rate to 7.50 percent citing the risk of higher inflation and rouble volatility, said inflation was expected to slow to 4 percent in the first half of 2020.
