Russia Central Bank chief says there are grounds to increase lending

MOSCOW, March 28 (Reuters) - Russian central bank governor Elvira Nabiullina said Tuesday that there are grounds to increase lending in Russia.

Speaking at a gathering of Russian bankers in Moscow, Nabiullina also said that a cleanup of the Russian banking system is a priority.
