Russia's VTB CEO does not expect c.bank to cut its key rate in March

MOSCOW, March 14 (Reuters) - Russia’s central bank is unlikely to cut its key rate at its upcoming March rate decision meeting, Andrey Kostin, chief executive of Russia’s second largest bank VTB, told reporters on Thursday.

The central bank plans to review its key rate, now at 7.75 percent, at its next meeting on March 22.
