Russia may drop capital control plans - official

MOSCOW, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Russia may ditch the idea of introducing capital control, Deputy Finance Minister Alexey Moiseev said on Wednesday.

The Finance Ministry has floated a proposal to bring in such controls in crisis situations. The Central Bank and the Economy Ministry both said they are against the idea. (Reporting by Darya Korsunskaya; writing by Vladimir Soldatkin; Editing by Alison Williams)
