MOSCOW, May 18 (Reuters) - Russia’s former Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich has been appointed joint chair of Rusia’s Skolkovo Foundation, Skolkovo said in a statement.
The foundation is aimed at promoting innovation and tech startups. The president of the foundation is Russian businessmen Victor Vekselberg.
