Russia's IBS postpones IPO, citing market volatility

MOSCOW, April 13 (Reuters) - Russia’s IBS IT Services said on Friday it had postponed its Moscow initial public offering (IPO) due to high financial market volatility.

“Increased volatility in the markets creates not the best conditions for the placement,” a company spokesman told Reuters, adding it would resume the IPO once conditions improve. (Reporting by Maria Kiselyova Editing by Christian Lowe)
