LONDON/MOSCOW, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Phosagro plans to boost production of fertilisers and feed phosphates to 11.7 million tonnes by 2025 from 9.4–9.5 million tonnes in 2019, the Russian company said in a statement on Wednesday.
