Russian PM Mishustin proposes Rushydro CEO Shulginov as new energy minister

MOSCOW, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on Monday proposed the CEO of Rushydro Nikolai Shulginov be appointed Russia’s new energy minister, with incumbent Alexander Novak set to become a deputy prime minister.
