MADRID, July 14 (Reuters) - Spanish contruction firm Sacyr Vallehermoso SVO.MC said on Monday it had signed three outline building deals in Libya worth 600 million euros through its subisidiary Svlidco.

The contracts involve the construction of public service networks to provide gas, drinking water and telephone services and pavements in the cities of Bengazhi and El Beda.

Svlidco, which is 60 percent owned by Sacyr and 40 percent owned by the Libyan government, hopes to sign the final contracts within six to eight months, said the builder in a statement. (Reporting by Sarah Morris, editing by Tracy Rucinski)
