Ted Baker investigation into founder's conduct ends, appoints CEO

April 11 (Reuters) - Ted Baker said on Thursday it has ended an independent investigation into allegations of misconduct involving its founder Ray Kelvin and the fashion retailer’s policies and handling of employee grievances.

The company also said it has appointed insider Lindsay Page as chief executive officer with immediate effect, replacing Kelvin who developed the Ted Baker brand and was CEO since the company’s launch in 1988.

Kelvin resigned in March after an investigation into “forced hugging” and “a culture that leaves harassment unchallenged” was launched.
