Tennis-Three things to watch out for on Day 4 of the U.S. Open

NEW YORK, Aug 30 (Reuters) - Here are three things to watch out for on day four of the U.S. Open on Thursday.

* Five-time tournament champion and fan-favorite Roger Federer, who spent Tuesday hitting balls in New York’s Central Park, will face Russian Mikhail Youzhny in a second round clash in the final match of the day session on Arthur Ashe Stadium

* World number one Rafa Nadal plays Taro Daniel of Japan in the final match on the main showcourt with fans hoping to see if the Spaniard’s first U.S. Open showdown between Federer becomes a step closer. The pair are drawn to face each other in the semi-finals

* Former world number four American James Blake will be signing copies of his new book, Ways of Grace, at the USTA Foundation booth by Court 16 at noon local time
