ABB CEO says U.S is the market most impacted by COVID-19 at present

ZURICH (Reuters) - ABB (ABBN.S) Chief Executive Bjorn Rosengren described market conditions in the United States as grim, with the country the worst affected in the world by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“They need the get the pandemic situation under control, and get some of the fear out of the market,” Rosengren said about the United States, where ABB’s orders fell 25% in the second quarter. “It is the market which has the strongest impact at the moment,” he said.
