PARIS (Reuters) - The French government has made no decision on whether or not the state will keep its stake in airports operator Aeroports de Paris (ADP) (ADP.PA), Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire told a parliamentary committee on Thursday.
“Nothing has been decided about the state’s presence in the capital of ADP,” Le Maire said.
He added that any decision would have to balance maximising proceeds from a sale with the need to possibly keep a stake in order to avoid undesirable shareholders in ADP.
ADP CEO Augustin de Romanet said earlier this month that the sale of the state’s 50.6 percent ADP stake would not take place before the firm releases earnings in mid-February 2019.
