Blackrock says cooperating with German dividend stripping probe

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - U.S. fund manager Blackrock (BLK.N) said on Tuesday it was cooperating with German investigators in a probe into suspected dividend stripping.

“BlackRock is fully cooperating with an ongoing investigation relating to cum-ex transactions in the period 2007-2011,” a spokesman said.
