LONDON (Reuters) - British online fashion retailer Boohoo BOOH.L said on Wednesday it refuted allegations made in a short-selling note published on Tuesday that it had disclosed information that could be deemed to be misleading.
“The group strongly refutes the allegations made in the research note,” it said on Wednesday.
Boohoo did not name who had penned the research note in question. However, on Tuesday investor Shadowfall published a report which said it believed the retailer had provided a misleading impression of its cumulative free cash flow.
