LONDON (Reuters) - A 37-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a baby boy was stabbed in Birmingham, police said on Saturday.
Officers were called to a house in Birmingham’s Handsworth area on Friday night where they found the two-month-old baby with several stab wounds.
The baby was taken to hospital where his condition was described as life-threatening, West Midlands Police said.
Police arrested the man at the scene and said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
