May says agreement with EU on citizens' rights is 'very close'

LONDON (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Theresa May said on Tuesday negotiators were very close to agreeing a deal with the European Union on the rights of expatriate citizens - one of the key issues that need to be resolved before talks can move forward.
