EDF Energy restarts UK Sizewell B nuclear plant

LONDON (Reuters) - EDF Energy, Britain’s largest nuclear power producer, restarted its Sizewell B nuclear power plant on Monday following planned maintenance, a spokeswoman said.

“Sizewell B power station was restarted yesterday after a short planned maintenance period,” she said.

The two 630-megawatt units at the power station had been offline since October 19.
