Russia's Lavrov says London refuses to provide access to Skripal case materials

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday the British government had refused to provide Moscow access to materials related to poison attack on Russian former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter.
