France's Macron returning to Paris after EU summit suspended

PARIS (Reuters) - French President Emmanuel Macron will return to Paris on Monday afternoon, a French presidency official said, after the breakdown of marathon negotiations between EU leaders over the allocation of the bloc’s top jobs.

Macron will return to Brussels on Tuesday when talks resume at 0900 GMT.
