German would-be coalition allies agree to ensure 2030 climate goal is met

BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany’s would-be coalition parties have agreed in a working paper to pass legislation to guarantee adherence to a goal to cut carbon dioxide emissions by 55 percent by 2030 from 1990 levels, a working paper seen by Reuters showed.
