BERLIN (Reuters) - German Finance Minister Olaf Scholz said on Tuesday that the EU top court’s decision to reject Germany’s highway toll plans would only have a very limited impact on the 2020 budget for Europe’s largest economy.

The German government had hoped to raise 500 million euros net a year via the road toll.
