Putin, Qatar's Al Thani discuss energy cooperation in phone call

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani discussed continued cooperation between their two countries in the energy and investment spheres during a phone call on Thursday, the Kremlin said.

The two leaders committed to the further development of Russo-Qatari relations, the Kremlin said, including working together to fight the spread of the coronavirus.
