PARIS (Reuters) - Under the new lockdown being introduced in France from Friday, people will be allowed one hour of exercise near their home per day, and children as young as six will have to wear masks during lessons, French Prime Minister Jean Castex said on Thursday.

Castex was giving details of a second lockdown that was announced on Wednesday by President Emmanuel Macron, who said it was needed to put the brakes on a COVID-19 outbreak that he said risked accelerating out of control.
