NAIROBI (Reuters) - Kenyan police have arrested Finance Minister Henry Rotich after the director of public prosecutions announced he would be charged over a dam scandal, the head of the directorate of criminal investigations told Reuters.

The arrest marks the first time a sitting Kenyan minister has been arrested on corruption charges, in a country where graft is widespread.
