Kuwaiti tanker in 'minor collision' with container carrier in Bangladesh port - KUNA

DUBAI (Reuters) - A Kuwaiti oil tanker had a “minor collision” with a container ship in Bangladesh’s port of Chittagong, the Kuwaiti state news agency KUNA reported on Thursday.

The accident caused no casualties and no spill, KUNA said, citing the Kuwait Oil Tankers Company, which owns the Burgan tanker.

The Burgan was “safely anchored” at the port, it added. The other vessel involved in the accident was the Singapore-flagged XPress Mahananda, it said.
