Greece's Motor Oil third quarter profit drops on lower refining margins

ATHENS (Reuters) - Greek oil refiner Motor Oil (MORr.AT) posted a 24% drop in third-quarter core profit, hurt by lower refining margins.

The refiner said earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) came in at 144.2 million euros (£111.9 million) in the third quarter, down from 189.9 million euros in the same period last year.

The figure strips out oil inventory holdings.
