OPEC, allies overachieved on output cut by 600,000 bpd in August - Oman

ALGIERS (Reuters) - OPEC and non-OPEC oil producers overachieved on pledged crude output cuts by 600,000 barrels per day in August, Oman’s oil minister Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Rumhy said on Saturday.

The size of the cut was around 2.4 million bpd, Rumhy told reporters.
