Kremlin says had no talks with Rosneft on South China Sea drilling

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian state oil giant Rosneft (ROSN.MM) had no consultations with the Kremlin on drilling in the South China Sea, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.

Rosneft Vietnam BV, a unit of Rosneft, is concerned that its recent drilling in an area of the South China Sea that is claimed by China could upset Beijing, sources with direct knowledge of the situation told Reuters earlier this week.
